1. Working location: 39B Trường Sơn, Phường 4, Quận Tân Bình, HCM

2. Key Responsibility:

- Driving & developing Sea product strategy in accordance with the business plan and initiate carrier focused strategy, hereby strengthening the company's market position
- Generating Sea freight volumes for the entire region and will be required to support ocean freight commercial drives across the region to develop new & existing business
- Developing and implementing the procurement plan, focusing on the carrier strategy & operational process/KPIs to achieve operation excellence
- Providing leadership, direction and serving as a role model within the Regional management team for Sea Freight business"                                    
- Overall responsibility for the seafreight division
- Responsible for further developing our strong performance culture
- Reporting on KPIs, both nationally and internationally
- Follow-up of performance and quality goals, as well as the implementation of measures
- Actively assist in customer meetings, negotiations, and re-negotiations
- Actively help optimize the interaction between sales/marketing, operation/branch and other products nationally
- Provide effective and efficient information internally and externally

3. Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Maritime / transportation/ Foreign Trade, MBA is a plus
- 15+ years of experience in the Freight forwarding Industry with the last 5-7 years being in a Sea/Ocean Freight Management Role
- Strong Commercial experience of Delivering 50,000+ TEUs per annum from the Ocean Product
- Experience of Leading a team for the last 5 years
- Experience of delivering high growth and turning around business and P&L
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Driven by delivering results, especially through others
