1. Working location:

Shanghai office: Lane 66, Huayuan Road, Hongkou District,Shanghai

Shenzhen office: Kerry Center, Renmin South Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, China

Qingdao Office: Qingshan Road, Fushan Road Street, Licang District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province

2. Job description:

BD & Sales support:

- Study market, identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events and make suggestion of needful marketing tools.

- Contact with customers/ carriers/ Shipping line/airline (if needed) and other association to get market information and competitors' trend if required.

- Ensuring that processing requirements meet agreed customer service standards, monitoring the shipments and ensure they are being processed correctly.

- Make regular visits and calls to the customers, seek customer demands, hear customer opinions and requests. Propose efficient logistics solutions/ meeting customer's need.

Customer management:

- Make regular visits and calls to the customers, seek customer demands, hear customer opinions and requests. Propose efficient logistics solutions/ meeting customer's need.

- Manage and engage when there is any issue or irregularity related to customers, quotation. Get involve, report to upper manager, propose and supervise trouble solving process.

Support BOD:

- Window person between HQ in Vietnam and local office in China. And to help managment team in the local office to drive operation activities smoothly and aligned with HQ

- Closely work with local sales team and report to higher level and BOD team as regular basis.

3. Reqirements:

- Bachelor degree with major related to Import-export, logistics, foreign trade,...

- At least 2 years working experience as Sales in Freight forwarding company

- Familiar with China market is a plus

- Willing to stay in China 2-3 years

- Good Chinese communication, equal HSK5, HSK6

- Ability to solve critical issues in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal skills including diplomacy and patience.

- Demonstrated skills in organization group process, problem identification and resolution.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities.
