HCM_Treasury & Investment Manager

 Key Responsibilities

Treasury: 70%

  • Manage cash – and other short-term assets to manage the firm’s liabilities – is not to be understated
  • Use various hedging and netting strategies to reduce risk related to changes in asset values, interest rates, and foreign currency holdings.
  • Establish the corporate investment policy for allocating excess cash to various types of investments, depending on their rates of return and how quickly they can be converted into cash.
  • Manage and oversee Cash in/out planning & execution
    • 13-week CF forecast
    • 12-month CF forecast
  • Provide accuracy in forecasting, reduce CCC, Safety cash management, bank relationship, financial intuitions
  • Manage short – medium term investment
  • Lead and support in Investment project

IR: 30%

  • Provide counsel to the Board of Directors in updating and assessing the market situation along with the internal affairs of the Group. Propose related strategies for short-term and long-term Investor Relations (IR) development activities that align with the Group's objectives.
  • Develop an Investment Relations (IR) action plan to achieve the expected business targets of the Group.
  • Execute investment solicitation activities, build and develop a portfolio of potential investors, and establish a network of partnerships with securities companies, fund management companies, and securities investment funds.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to organize events for investors: Annual/extraordinary general meetings, quarterly investor meetings, roundtable discussions, investor conferences, and business evaluation visits with analysts, investment funds, partners, etc.
  • Monitor and review responses to questions related to business operations and the company's financial situation, providing necessary insights as requested by analysts, securities companies, investment funds, investors, and shareholders in general, and obtaining approval from leadership before disclosure.

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years, in treasury position and cash management
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and cash management principles
  • Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, similar and above.
  • Holding Professional Qualifications like ACCA, CPA, ICAEW,CFA, FRM... is an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
