1. Working location: 39B Trường Sơn, Phường 4, Quận Tân Bình, HCM

2. Key Responsibility:

- Responsible for overall air freight product performance
- Maintain strong airlines and trucking vendor relationship and negotiate the airfreight and trucking rate quotation to ensure the profits of the company.
- Direct client solutions team and provide high-level and professional customer service to clients. Ensure customers’ service commitments are achieved and maintained.
- Direct the OP team to process air export documentations and related paperwork per client’s commodity requirements. (Experienced in DG is preferred)
- Oversee, guide, coordinate, and decision-making to ensure shipments are processed and completed based on the compliance requirements of Transportation Security Administration (TSA), IAC, STA, and IATA.
- Review the customer KPIs and SOPs and ensure the process if followed.
- Evaluate vendors at defined intervals per company policy, focusing on areas of possible improvement with corrective action plans where needed.
- Regularly read and review business and trade journals and attend industry events to further market and industry knowledge.

3. Requirements:

- Degree holder in Global Supply Chain, Logistics or Transportation is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of freight forwarding operations experience with at least 5 years focused on airfreight in managerial experience
- Must have air import and export experience; Ocean experience is a plus.
- Experienced manage a team from 10 members
- CargoWise experience is a plus.
- Good understanding and experience in air freight consolidations, airline operations, airport operations
- Understanding of Ecommerce air operations will be essential
- Understanding of verticals like DG, High tech, Retail, pharma Aerospace.
- Excellent communication and rapports internally and externally, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through the work and prioritize.
- Excellent Verbal/written communication skills in English 
- Multi-tasking and well-organized in details.  
- Strong problem-solving skills, negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills
