NHÂN VIÊN CHỨNG TỪ VÀ CSKH (Hàng Log / Hàng Nhập / Hàng Xuất)
Chứng từ / Chăm sóc Khách hàng Location: Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh, Binh Duong, Bac Ninh, Lang Son

Main Roles & Responsibilities

    *** Sea/Air Export:
    - Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations of Sea/Air Freight.
    - Arrange details of shipments with Airlines, Shipping lines, forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports
    - Prepare complete set of documents pertaining to export shipping documentation.
    - Report to Manager as required.

    *** Import:
    - Received Pre-alert from Agent/customer service, check documents, submit manifest, follow up the shipment, send Arrival notice, release D/O to customer.
    - Update shipment status for customers, sales department, and overseas agents.
    - Resolve customers’ and agents’ claims relating to documents.
    - Filing documents properly as per company’s procedures.

    *** Logistics/Cutoms Clearance Documentation:
    - To prepare, work on necessary import-export documents, e.g. C/O, D/O, Customs Import Application, Import License, other certificate etc. 
    - Work with Customers, Operation staffs to complete process of import/export
    - Resolve customers’ and agents’ claims relating to documents.


Job Requirement

- Graduate from college / university, majoring in foreign trade, economics.

- 2 - 3 years experience is a plus
- Good command of both speaking and writing English.
- Good skill of computer, typing.
- Good skill of interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and have a good team work spirit.
- Responsibility, pleasant, sociable, honest.
