JOB DESCRIPTION

- Working time: 10 p.m - 7 a.m (1 hour for lunch time, working night shift at home, work online with American branch. Working hours may vary depending on season and job requirements)

- Jobs:

+ Control PO from the customers and closely working with customer for delivery to satisfy customer requirements.

+ Making Booking with carrier.

+ Send Shipper POWER OF ATTORNEY, Shipping Instruction form and request for Commercial Invoice and Packing List also check Cargo Ready Date.

+ Send Trucker D/O and give them Shipper's contact for Loading Schedule

+ File AES to get ITN #.

+ Submit SI on Carrier's website or send email.

+ Check Master Bill of Lading and issue House Bill of Lading.

+ Resolution of customer queries, service issues as well as follow-up on outstanding

+ Combined with accountant to make debit note, payment request, summarizing data and reporting to manager weekly.

+ Update data on Internal company software to reflect shipment management.

+ Follow up Trucker and Carrier step by step and notify agent as soon as possible till the order completion.

REQUIREMENTS

- College graduate or higher.
- No need experience in logistics, but have experience in taking care of export goods by sea is an advantage
- Proficient in English (4 skills, especially in comunication)
- Ability to work independently
- Hard-working, careful
