Working time: Mon - Fri (8:00 - 17:30); Sat (8:00 - 12:00)

Note: off 2 Saturdays in a month; In case there are 5 Saturdays in the month, employees will work 3 Saturdays

Working place: 39B Truong Son Str, Tan Binh Dist, HCMC

JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Maintaining, and developing the relationship and business with the company's Key customers. 
-  Monitoring to maintain relationships and expand business with the company's  Key customer: make a regular visit and call to the customer, seek customer demand, and hear customer opinions and requests. Propose solutions to meet the client's demand. 
- Solve problems in daily work with customers and operation depts.
- Make good connections and co-operation with internal depts.
- Establish good relationships with external partners such as shipping lines, airlines, and trucking companies...
- Coordinate and support the internal offices, branches, or subsidiaries company. 

2) Maintaining, and developing the relationship and business with the company's Key customers. 
- Seeking and developing new Key Customers ( Revenue > 5 billion VND):
+ Researching new Key Customers' information and building up a relationship with them to join their bidding.
+ Cooperating with internal and external partners to develop the business with new Key Customers.

3) Compliance assurance and operational efficiency
- Compliance Assurance 
- Follow up on the company's policy by yourself & comply with it. 
- Ensure to make proper SOP & instruct the colleagues to follow it. 
- Ensure accuracy in pricing (Approve pricing before starting a business)
Operational Efficiency
- Improve the efficiency of work 
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all supporting departments.
- Coordinate with related departments (CS, OPS, LOG, ACC) to ensure timely information.
- Create goods cooperation with branch offices for sales activities.
- Make a support/backup system in the team 
Timeliness and accuracy of the report
- On-time reporting

4) Improve your own capacity
- Build up solidarity and mutual support within the team and company
- Self-study to skill up and self-improvement.
- Join all training programs. 

REQUIREMENTS 
- Graduated from College or University in Foreign Trade, Import Export, Logistics, SCM, Customs, Economics, or related major.
- Fresher or have experience working as a key account executive, sales executive, or similar.
- Good knowledge of logistics, shipping, and forwarding.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Good command of English and good in Chinese equal to HSK5, or Korean or Japanese.
